A ReservePlus Alum Lands
Envisage Information Systems, LLC has recently hired a new vice president of business development. David Young will be leading the retirement plan-focused software developer’s sales, marketing and relationship management initiatives and will be based in Florida.
Young will be based in Florida and will report directly to Steff McGonagle, principal at Envisage.
McGonagle said Young would be an asset in helping the company broaden its market penetration in the retirement space. He added that Young’s post was newly created in order to handle the “signifcant growth” the company has been experiencing recently.
“As larger clients adopt our technology, we wanted to bring a Tier 1 salesperson that could help us grow into those markets,” McGonagle told The 401kWire. “He will make a significant impact on how we work with the Omni marketplace and how we partner with other vendors that need information in their record keeping process.
McGonagle added that the company may not be hiring new sales personnel in the near future, but it will be “heavily” expanding its technical team.
Young previously served as vice president of retirement solutions at the Reserve. He focused on the money fund specialists’ 401(k) debit card program, ReservePlus.
